| The AWK-4121 is the industrial outdoor IEEE 802.11a/b/g wireless AP/Bridge/Client. The AWK-4121 is IP67 rated and housed in a dust-tight and waterproof enclosure for protection against the harmful effects of water, oil, and dust. Ruggedly engineered for any harsh industrial environment, the solution provides added security, including wireless communication in the 5 GHz bandwidth and WPA2 for secured wireless networking. For increased power supply reliability, the AWK-4121 offers two redundant power inputs, 12 to 48 V DC, and PoE capability. In addition, STP/RSTP (IEEE802.1D/w) support prevents network looping and increases system availability by providing a redundant path. Moreover, the AWK-4121 is equipped with LED status indicators, two digital inputs, and one relay output, providing engineers with valuable tools for prompt emergency response. The distance that data is transmitted through the device could be up to 10 kilometers. |
